Youth Melanoma Talk

Thank you to Luke and Amanda for sharing their stories and providing this valuable sun-safe education to our Youth.
It may save a life, and it is great information to pass on to our younger people at the club, so they understand why Sun-Safety is so prominent in Surf Clubs around Australia, and FMSLSC is a proud SunSmart Club.
🌞 Steps to stay safe in the sun:
1. Seek Shade
2. Wear sun protection that covers the back, shoulders, arms and legs
3. West a broad-brimmed hat
4. West wrap-around sunglasses
5. Apply broad-spectrum 50+ sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming and exercise
