    Monday 30th September to Sunday 6th October Monday 30th September ~ pool swim (Fremantle Leisure Centre) - time to be confirmed 8am till 4.00pm each day Please make sure you can attend all sessions and be able to complete 400m freestyle swim in under 9 minutes
