Important: New Club Fob System

Next week, our club’s electronic locking system will be upgraded to a new provider. This means all members will need to collect a new access fob or wristband to continue accessing the club building.

Collection Times
New fobs/wristbands can be collected from the club office (8:00am–4:00pm) on Wednesday 1 October 2025.

From 4:00pm on Wednesday 1 October 2025, the new system will go live. At this time, only the new fobs/wristbands will work.

Access Credentials

– Active Members – will receive a wristband.

– Associate Members – may choose either a fob or a wristband.

Each member will be issued one access credential only.

Additional Collection Times
For members unable to collect during office hours, the office will also be open for fob collection on:

– Wednesday 1 October 2025: Office open until 6pm

– Saturday 4 October 2025: 11:00am – 12:00pm

– Sunday 5 October 2025: 7:00am – 7:30am and 11:30am – 12:00pm

If you do not collect your new access fob/wristband before the changeover date, you can still collect it from our administration team during office hours.

If you currently have key access to specific club rooms, please note that some of these rooms are also being upgraded to the new system. Your existing access permissions will be transferred to your new fob/wristband. If you experience any issues, please contact us at the email below.
