Thank you – Welcome BBQ & Andy Donaldson Swim

Despite the wild weather, our Fremantle Surf Club community turned up in full force last Sunday for our Welcome BBQ!

Our Youth group showed incredible spirit — heading down to the beach despite the weather. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces returning, along with new members collecting their Nipper gear and meeting their teams.

 A huge congratulations to Andy Donaldson, who completed his swim–run–swim challenge, for his ongoing fundraising initiative for the Perron Institute and Telethon 7 — an inspiring effort that continues to make a real difference.

We were also honoured to welcome Premier Roger Cook and Fremantle Dockers legend David Mundy, who joined us to support Andy and celebrate the start of another amazing season.

Thank you to everyone who came down, helped out, and made the day one to remember — rain, wind, and all!
